Poland had held the rotating presidency of the EU during the semester that is about to conclude. The government in Warsaw has been a driving force in Europe on issues of opposing Putin’s Russia, supportin Ukraine and the need for a common defense. However, the presidential election on June 1st could bring everything into question.
