Odysseus confronts monsters there, Conrad glimpses the darkness of the human heart, and Pamuk captures the complexity of identity. A journey where the strait becomes indispensable for tracing geographies of the world and inner maps.
In conversation with Antonio Spadaro, Jesuit, Undersecretary of the Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education, and full member of the Academy of Fine Arts and Letters of the Virtuosi at the Pantheon. Among his latest books is the volume of conversations with director Martin Scorsese titled Dialoghi sulla fede (La Nave di Teseo).
