The meeting of the two Ambassadors of Taste, Pasquale Caliri, Sicilian chef of Marina Del Nettuno in Messina, and Aya Yamamoto, Japanese restaurateur of ‘Gastronomia Yamamoto’ in Milan, will dialogue upon the theme of freedom in the kitchen.
Freedom in the kitchen is a process of contamination that combines elements of different gastronomic influences and allow us to elaborate new dishes following the canons of traditional cuisine.
