Caterina Murino is an Italian actress and model. She made her film debut in 2002 with Nowhere. Her breakthrough came in 2006 when she played Solange Dimitrios in the James Bond film Casino Royale. Since then, she has appeared in numerous international film and television productions. In 2023, she was chosen as the host of the 80th Venice International Film Festival, a recognition of her contribution to international cinema.
