La Bella Terra is an important solo exhibition dedicated to Isabella Ducrot, an internationally recognised Italian artist. Isabella Ducrot’s works narrate, in a manner that is poetic, delicate and powerful at the same time, the themes of travel, myth and landscape with a vision that emphasises the beauty of life and the natural existence of things. The themes and lines in the artist’s research prove to be key elements in strengthening MAXXI and Taobuk’s gaze on the Mediterranean and the opportunity to contribute to the festival’s programme of literature, art and thought with an artist who sublimely combines visual art and words.
