He has entered the GfK pop “Top 100” albums chart five times. Moreover, five of his CDs have been included in the monumental project Bach 333 – The New Complete Edition produced by Decca and Deutsche Grammophon, alongside legendary pianists such as Alfred Brendel, Martha Argerich, Sviatoslav Richter, Rosalyn Tureck, and Glenn Gould.

Recently, he received the Teresina Medal from the University of Pavia, established by Queen Maria Theresa of Austria. Additionally, he was awarded the honorary title of Academician at the Academy of Arts and Drawing in Florence—the oldest art academy in the world, whose first academician was Michelangelo Buonarroti.
