Giuseppe Sottile

Giuseppe Sottile, a journalist, worked for twenty-three years in Palermo. First at Vittorio Nisticò’s L’Ora, for which he conducted numerous investigative reports on the Mafia, and then at Giornale di Sicilia, where he served as city editor and deputy editor-in-chief. Today, he edits the Saturday supplement for Giuliano Ferrara’s Il Foglio. His novels are Nostra Signora della Necessità (2006) and Palermo di chitarra e coltello (2026).
