Vitali Alekseenok

Born in Vileyka, Belarus, in 1991, he trained in St Petersburg and Weimar before rising to prominence in 2021, when he won the Arturo Toscanini Conducting Competition in Parma. He is currently Chief Conductor of Deutsche Oper am Rhein and Principal Guest Conductor of Teatro Massimo Bellini in Catania. His recent engagements include the world premiere of King Stakh’s Wild Hunt at the Barbican in London.
