Pino Cuttaia was born in Licata, where he is the owner and chef of the restaurant La Madia, opened in 2000 with his wife Loredana. Here he won his first Michelin star in 2006 and his second in 2009. His cuisine has received the Pommery Award Plate of the Year with the Nuvola di mozzarella for the Restaurants Guide of L'Espresso in 2013; the Chef of the Year Award for the Golosario and finally the Uovo di Seppia Award, which became the symbol of the 2014 edition of Identità Golose.
